Magento Backend Developer

Your role: build, improve, innovate 

As a Backend Magento Developer, you will work on both large and small e-commerce projects. This includes further developing the award-winning webshop for Medicura, creating powerful platforms for Condoor and Kwintessens, and building entirely new webshops from scratch. Your code is the engine that powers top-tier performance and seamless user experiences.

You’ll be part of a small, specialized team of 12 back-end and front-end developers. Together with our Head of Tech and colleagues, you’ll work in two-week sprints. You decide independently which tasks to take on and how to approach them—freedom and responsibility go hand in hand here.

Working at OrangeValley Tech 

We are currently still operating under the name OrangeValley Tech and are part of a large digital agency with 200+ colleagues in marketing, technology, data, and UX. However, we are transitioning into an independent company with a new name, fully dedicated to tech and development. This means you will be joining a specialized team focused purely on building and innovating webshops, web applications, and portals for clients such as the Municipality of The Hague, FIFA, Rabobank, and De Goudse Verzekeringen.

Our office? Brand-new, modern, and featuring a rooftop terrace in Utrecht. We work in a hybrid setup, with at least two days per week in the office for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
